All,

I am sure this has been asked before but a search on the forums came up with nothing. I have people sending me their name, address and contact info via email all the time as text not a vcard. Is there any application that can read a text selection like this, figure out what line should go where and put that information into the address book? If so can you point me in the direction

If all the text files have the same format (ie: the name, last, email, etc in the same order/same delimiter (ex: each separated by a paragraph)), then you could achieve this via applescript...

If the text files have different orders, then it's hard to do it in an automated way because unless the items have somekind of a label, there is no way for any method to undersand which field is which...
