Hope someone can help. I have a new powerbook 15" that I bought about a month ago. All has been working great until yesterday.

I used it until it went into reserve power and put itself to sleep. And now it won't turn on or wake up. The light is not pulsing to indicate that it is in sleep mode. I tried the PMU reset listed on Apple's web site and nothing happened, I also tried leaving the battery out all night and the unit unplugged (not sure why, think that is how I fixed an old powerbook years ago).

Anyway any suggestions or should I just come to grips with the fact I need to send it in for repair?

Thanks in advance,

George

Try leaving the battery in and letting it charge for a while. When my PB is completely drained of battery, it takes a few minutes to turn on, even while it's plugged in.
