I have been running RDC v2.0 for MAC for several months to connect my MAC Pro (OS X 10.5.8) to my inhouse Windows Server 2008 machine up untill yesterday, when I started getting the following message (rough transalation from french) :
"You have been disconnected from the Windows computer because of problems during the execution of the license management protocol"

A similar problem on a Windows machine would direct me to erase two lines in the registry to force their reinitialisation and the problem would be solved. How do I do something similar on the MAC ? I lack the technical khnow-how do get to that point.

All my network connexions are good, and standard Windows RDC works fine on the same machine running WIndows XP under VMWare Fusion.

Thanks for our help.

Nothing a quick Google search can't solve.

Thanks,

That did the job. I had search Google without success.

Never thought of checking on my french system for "RDC" related files since everything else about that program goes by "CBD" in french. I'll beware next time.

Thanks again

You can always try the open source CoRD:

CoRD: Remote Desktop for Mac OS X
