Alright, this one has me stumped.
I have two machines (a Mac Pro and a MacBook) and an iPhone all syncing to the same .Mac account. Leopard's .Mac control panel, on both computers, is set to sync Address Book, iCal, Bookmarks and Mail accounts & settings. All of my changes, whether they occur on the desktop, the laptop or the iPhone, get properly synced through .Mac except bookmarks on my desktop machine. Changes made to Safari bookmarks on my desktop machine neither get uploaded to .Mac, nor downloaded from .Mac. Changes from the iPhone or laptop sync properly (i.e., the laptop and iPhone reflect the changes, but not the desktop).
Its as if the option to sync bookmarks on the desktop's .Mac control panel is turned off, though clearly its ticked on. And the sync bookmarks option in Safari is also properly activated.
I've tried repairing permissions, turning off .Mac on the desktop and reactivating, turning off bookmark syncing and reactivating, forcing the desktop to replace bookmarks from .Mac and even manually deleting the bookmarks.plist file from the desktop (which never gets replaced/rewritten even upon a forced Reset Sync Data.
I cannot find any errors written into the dotmacsync.log or filesyncagent.log log file nor any other place I've looked.
I haven't tried making a new user on the desktop and going that route. I will if its a last resort, but there's just so much other crap to move that would be a huge hassle.
Anyone have any thoughts??
Edit: And just to clarify, all other items synced through .Mac are properly reflected on all three devices, including the desktop in question.
