I think I found the same cable... 10.3, Isync 1.3, no sign of the phone as far as iSync is concerned.
Its the FutureDial cable, $30 at Best Buy. Looks like I may be returning it.

I bought a generic one off ebay for 3 or 4 bucks. Setting it up was a pain.
Plug the cable into the phone. Plug the usb cable into your computer (The order of the first two might not matter). Open the network control panel in system preferences. In the configure pull-down menu there should be something like "usb modem" along with built-in ethernet, modem, airport, etc. Make sure that the USB modem box is checked under show active network ports. You should now be able to find the phone in iSync and sync the address book, iCal, etc.
If this doesn't work, let me know. I'm not at my iBook and typed this from memory.

Hi,
I can sync my v60 with iSync (address book, etc) with using this cable:
http://www.eforcity.com/cmotv60xdat2.html
All I had to do is to plug the cable into the usb
port of my keyboard, plug the phone into the cable and then open up iSync and tell it to look for new devices. iSync found the v60 and was able to sync my address book with the phone without any problems.
I like this cable since it acts as both a charger and a usb sync cable. If you just want a sync cable you can try the following cable:

My cable arrived today
http://www.cellularaccessory.com/skn6311.html
of course they dropped the price $5 after I order (now $9.95).
Plugged it in to my v60gi, plugged USB-side into my keyboard USB port, launched iSync, did "Add Device", and voila.
I made an effort to take all #'s that were on my SIM card and put them in Address Book then told it to erase the v60 before sync'ing.
It took about 15 minutes to do the full sync (570 cards in Address Book). I did not sync any calendar info (don't use iCal, at least not yet).
It would be nice if I could specify it not to fill up my #1-10 speed dial slots... the v60 is not very good at moving these around, it prefers to stomp over the old one (sigh).
Anyway, it works. I'm sure I'll igure out some tricks to make it work better..

I bought a generic V60/USB datacable and a desktop charger off of Ebay for $11 (shipped), and it worked with no problem. I just plugged it in and iSync recognized the phone. I have a V60i and run Jaguar 10.2.8, if that makes any difference.
