I'm always deconnected from the net and the following message appear : APPLE REMOTE ACCESS YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED ( something like this ).Sometimes it's after 2 minutes sometimes 15 minutes.Last night i was downloading a program ( 3Mga ) and it stopped at 92% !!!
I have checked my configuration 100 times with different persons, i have also change of provider : problem always there !
Any idea what's going on ?

please do a search of the forum, keyword 'modem'... you need to try a different modem script or two or three or more... you will find links to download scripts if you search the forum
also go to www.versiontracker.com and search for 'modem puppet show' which has many modem scripts...
Go into you're remote access control panel,then options,under connections, uncheck the last two boxes! I had the same problem. I've been fine since.I hope this helps you. BILL!
