Hello All,

I am looking to trade my PC for a MAC. Here is what i have:

233mhz Pentium PRO! (much better than regular pentium)
64mb RAM
20GB Hard Drive
CD-Rom
External Zip Drive
Windows 98 Preinstalled

Here is what I am looking for:

MAC G5 1.6ghz or better
at least 512MB RAM
CD-ROM
20GB Hard Drive at least
MAC OS X

i'm hoping to do a straight trade, but you might have to throw in a *little* cash if you have less than a 1.8ghz G5 to trade.
please cook my steak again

I'll trade you a Pro Mouse for it...if you pay for shipping.

Ok, this is just ITCHING for me to do a compare and contrast between one of the fastest machines on the planet vs. one of man's most useless doorstops, but it barely even warrants a response except for belly-aching laughter from the boards...so I'll end right here.
It's just an ordinary day and it's all your
state of mind, at the end of the day, you
just gotta say it's alright!

Mwahaha! Thanks for the laugh buddy! That would be like, uhh, taking a McDonald's burger over like a million thick burgers. Mmm... Thick burgers! And ya, these things did exist... As one of the biggest flops ever! Then the pentium 2 came out.

233 MHz Pentium Pro? Get a second ethernet card for it. (on second thought, it probably doesn't have one, so get two!)

It will make a perfect Linux NATing firewall so that all the PeeCees on your home network don't get so many viruses.

I may have a spare ISA ethernet card or two that I can sell you. What do they go for nowadays, $100 or so? They're state of the art technology, just like your Pentium Pro...

(p.s. Thanks for the laugh, I needed that today).

Ok people....if you aren't going to do the trade, as bad as it is, don't post. Reread the rules if you have to.

I have a TRS-80 I'll trade for the Pentium Pro. What? No? Oh well.

I will trade you my old TI-85 for it, but you may need to throw some cash in if the moniter isn't any good.
