iTools account setup problem

	When I try and setup an iTools account, the installer seems to download correctly, but when I click on the installer icon on my desktop, the install setup web page is displayed again - it goes round in a loop - I never get the actual signup page. Maybe it's 'cos I'm English! (I'm on a Titanium G4 Powerbook)
