I can't update to OS 9.2.2 using Software Update-it crashes.
When I download the update from Apple I get a little yellow error message that the "disk OS 9.2 (my OS partition) appears to be damaged".

I have repatedly run DFA, TechTool Pro and Disk Warrior.
They turn up nothing. I has only been two days since I partioned the drive for OSX so everthing is fresh and updated.

The crash might have broken something in the system... You can always try a clean install and upgrade that. If that works, then just haul whatever else you had installed in the other system folder to the new one.
