Now that all the hype is gone like hot air:
  • no G5 iMacs
  • no new iPods
  • no Airport remote
  • nada, nothing, nix, zilch
What's gonna happen to AAPL ?
How far is it going to drop ?
At what point would you get back in the game ?

But Merrill Lynch raised their target price for AAPL to $39 a few days ago and Piper Jaffray raised their target to $40 today.

I think today there is just an initial fallback becase of the lackluster WWDC. I don't think today's fallback is very indicative of the performance we can expect out of AAPL through the rest of this year.

I wish I'd bought it when it was trading around $10... *Sigh*

I agree.
But I still expect it to fall under $ 30 in the next weeks.
That's when I get back in the game.

I think it will go up before earnings in July, then drop. What else is new, that's been the pattern for several quarters now IIRC.
