Purchased ~ 2 years ago, at apple store. Works great.
Overview EyeTV Hybrid
Comes with box, all manuals, all cables, remote. These go for $90-110 on ebay. Will sell for $80 shipped. If not, I'm throwing it on ebay.

I have one of these too if anyone wants it. I have the EyeTV device, a case for it, the remote, and the breakout cable. $80 seems fair to me. PM if interested.
