I have two (2) 1GB Lexar 40X Compact Flash cards.
Work well and little usage.
Only thing that shows they were used is that someone actually wrote a file name on it, thinking it could be covered up. Other then that, they work great and were used in our digital camera's.
Info can be found at:
info/new prices
If you want one.. $60 shipped, buy both and we can work out a deal.

Also, I still have this SCSI setup...
(pulled from recent purchase)
IBM/Hitatchi Ultrastar 36GB 68 Pin SCSI Drive
I ran the serial on the website, and it says warranty until 4-1-2008, so I guess it safe to say it has warranty?
Atto ExpressPCI UL2D SCSI card
SCSI cable with FoxConn Term on it.
$75 Shipped

I am not interested in trades of any sorts (right now)
verified paypal user :-)

The prices on that page you linked to are from $80-100 for *NEW* units, yes?
So why should anyone give you $80 for a USED one with writing on it, hummmmm
Personally I find it hilarious that you have the hots for my gramma. Especially seeins how she is 3x your age, and makes your Brittney-Spears-wannabe 30-something wife look like a rag doll who went thru WWIII with a burning stick of dynamite up her a** :)

I was wondering the same thing. I was about to email when I thought that you were asking $80 for the pair, which sounds reasonable but for one...

Seeing as you asked, I've ordered two of these exact cards from people who offer them for $80 new, everything worked out very good.

I also think we need to distinguish between thread crapping and trying to prevent a robbery.

On another note, I bought a router of Rob a year or so ago and everything was promptly shipped and well packed, thank you for that.

Most of the folks here are reasonable people, with a fairly good nature and a good idea of what constitutes a good deal, and what does not......

Having said that, I must restate my original question:

Why would anyone pay $80 for a USED item (with writing on it) when they could get a NEW one for the same price ??????????????????????

ps.... if I really wanted to "crap" yo thread, I would have said something much more offensive, like "what kinda doggfood u b smokin, must be some good sh*t, can I have some ?"
or something to that effect

I remember the days when macnn was moderated and we had nice people here... with that being said

I COULD have posted this link: Link for you
But I was honest and I am showing people what was out there....
Now.. I have never really sold anything where people just pay the price I ask
So I listed at the lowest price I seen since these are near new and figured someone interested (unlike some ) would throw me a offer.
Doing my homework on these values, I notice that people pay about $90 USD for 80X 1GB on eBay. Since mine is 40X (not half the value) once again, i figured 80 USD was a good starting point. 512 ob eBay goes for around $40-$50.. once again, 1GB starting point is $80.

So folks... these are OBO

amphora..thanks for your kind words about our transaction.
