I downloaded Outlook 5.02 and followed all the install directions. I copied the folder to my hard drive like they told me too but what is that? When I go to Outlook its the exact same 5.0. Where are the changes? When I click on the folder in my hard drive its show 5.02 and my old Outlook. Did I do something wrong?

probably some sort of a minor bug fix. any update usually tells you what its for, check for that the next time u update anything.

I would trash the OE folder on your hard drive and reinstall OE. Your OE data files are stored in your Documents [folder]--> Microsoft user data --> identities, so you won't lose any mail if you trash the OE folder. Make sure your Documents folder isn't inside the OE folder. If it is, drag it out before you trash the rest of OE. Hope this helps.
