It's the kitten's time to ask a question(s)

So,

1. Which fictional character would you most like to be (why)?
2. Which fictional character would you most like to see actually exist (why)?

My answers.

1. Mystique. Morphing is cool!
2. The Paperclip from windoze. Just so I could ensure that it would never ask me a question ever again.

I would like to be the "lone wolf" in Steppenwolf.
And it would be cool to see the cheshire cat.

1. Batman. He's totally bad-ass without any ridiculous 'superpowers'

2. Azrael. Replaced Bruce Wayne when he got his back broken. All the coolness of batman, but completely psychotic, which would make him much more fun.

1) Atticus Finch (To Kill a Mocking Bird). Well respected and ethically sound. He worked to make a real difference, even when he knew it wouldn't work. Social Justice, baby.

2) Atticus Finch. The world needs as many people like this as we can get.

1. James Bond. That guy understands something about women that I do not. I suspect this could change my life somehow...

2. Godzilla. I live in Canada. We need some real action around here.

Though I like the idea of Batman, what with the Bat Cave, all the money, Alfred my own butler and all, I just couldn't deal with that idiot the Boy Blunder... And what is it with all the weirdo villians? Penguin? Joker? Oh, and grrrrrrr Catwoman.... oh-la-la. Meeee-ow. What a control freak though.

Hmm.

Spiderman?... cool web things. Spidey sense. Strength. Agility. Maybe.

Invisible Man.... Yeah baby! Now we are talking. Lot's of cool things to do there, but I'd catch a cold too often. Bummer.

Superman. Now there is a good one. See through stuff. Run fast. Bulletproof. Flying... no real down side except the costume. Do I have to wear it? If not, then thumbs up here.

Enough with the super-heros. One of my favorite fictional characters is from the movie, Unbreakable. I like Bruce WIllis' character. He's a regular guy, but he just can't be killed, unless he swims... and no colds, really strong...

Not too many fictional women I'd want to be...most are trapped in the wrong time or the wrong marriage.

Maybe Princess Leia. Smart, sassy, brave, travels to exotic planets and gets Han Solo.

1.) Dr. Manhattan from The Watchmen, no boundries.

2.) Superman, we could use him right about now.

MacNStein, we actually agree about something.

Dr. Manhattan is an excellent choice. Terrific character... though I never quite understood destroying Rorschach and letting the mass murderer live. Great comic, everyone should read it.

1. Can't think of any I'd want to BE. Maybe Moby Dick. Being a whale is cool.
2. John Aversin from Dragon's Bane by Ursula LeGuin. A very well crafted character, quite unlike anything else.

1. hiro protagonist, because snow crash is most excellent, and that would be a cool (if creepy) world to live in.

2. jack ryan, since he never fails, and with the number of clancy novels out there the world would have been saved from dozens of crises by now...

Well, the mass murderer (are you talking about Ozymandias?) wanted to live and Rorschach wanted to die.

Yeah. Seriously those guys don't need to post your PMs to the world to show us how retarded you are. We can see it plainly without more evidence than everything you've ever posted on here.

I just want to apologize to Lil'babykitten for the oafs that started their crap with me
and derailed this thread. I tried to take it private with Philzilla, but for some odd reason MindFad stepped in with my private message to Philzilla... weird... Whatever.

[b]I'm reposting the initial message so that it can get back on track.[b]

I've been asked quite a few times what super hero I would want to be. I'm not really sure, but definitely one that can fly. I would love to be able to fly at will.

Oh, look, I'm being apologized for. That is a super hero power, am i rite?

Let's see, fictional character...fictional character...

1. I'd wanna be James Bond. (If I have to explain why, it's not worth the effort.)

2. Superman is definitely THE pick for who should exist if we had a choice. Just to come up with an alternative, I'll pick Dr. Jack Henson (David Hyde Pierce} in The Outer Limits episode "The Sentence." He invented this device that can immerse you in a virtual reality -- and a few hours can seem as long as you want, in whatever environment they program you into. The potential of such a thing is incredible.

PS --> TheOuterLimits.com is cool.

- Peter Pan, to fly over cities and through windows with clothes of leafs.

- Jiminy Cricket, (talking about conscience) if everyone had a conscience, maybe the world would be a better place!
