I was in the Powerbook Forum and clicked on "Search This Forum" (In the yellow bar).
EDIT: It happened again, simply by entering the PB Forum...

Two pop-ups spawned - one a small empty gray window in the upper left corner and the other a medium sized empty window in the middle of the screen.

Then a Javascript dialog box came up with the message, "You do not have a WIN32 browser" and only an "OK" button...

From looking at the history it looks like the windows may have been from:
http://64.246.32.69/redo2.html
http://64.246.32.69/redo.html

There were no other sites active in any other windows at the time...

OS X 10.3.6
Safari 1.2.4

It now appears that the pop-ups were responsible for infecting my machine with the "Trojan.Counter.Bytverify" hostile java applet

ClamXav has discovered the 'virus' in my java cache folder. The cached item has the date and approx. time that that the pop-ups were spawned...
