I'm looking for an app that can help me track customers, sales and such.
I looked through Verstiontracker/Macupdate, finding Big Business and 7Office. 7Office seems not to appeal to me, and Big Business might have were it not crashing.
So, do any of you have any suggestions for me?

Hi, don't know what size business you're running, but I'd check out some of the custom Filemaker templates available which can then easily be changed to fit your business.
Maybe you're looking for software that tracks your payables and receivables too (as well as sales and contacts), and I'd suggest MYOB AccountEdge 2004.

Depending on what you're doing, Intuit's Quickbooks may be what you want. It came with my G5, and is a pretty nice package.
Big businesses use CRM (customer relationship management) packages as part of larger ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning). They can get quite expensive however.
