Is ther way to display the document dimensions without having to navigate to Image >>> Image size?

Alternatively is there a way to change "document dimensions" (under in the opened file window, I believe the default is "document size"), to pixels as opposed to inches?

(Photoshop CS)

TIA

Option-Click on the "document dimensions" area you mention and it will display the info you want.

Thanks, but does this mean the default has to stay as "inches". Seems very old fashioned.

According to a survey taken many years ago, the only other countries that have not officially adopted the metric system are Liberia (in western Africa) and Myanmar (also known as Burma, in Southeast Asia).

France was metric in like the 1700's, which would make it a couple of turns of the century.

Not saying that the US are behind or anything, heaven forbid.
