I have a G4 with 4 slots for internal hardrives. My OS HD & one strapped to it will mount, but the other two HD's won't. If both are connected, system goes to the grey apple screen & sits there. Tried with just mounting one or the other & system starts up, but won't mount that third drive. Tried all possible combination with the pin setting on back, and I get no change. They are spinning. They were working fine except on restarting the computer I would never be able to mount the two extra slots. So I tried to change the pin settings and now neither will mount at all? Any suggestioons?

Is it a mirror door? I recall something about two of the bays are for ata/100 and two for ata/66.
Could it be something like that?
