Elgato EyeTV Hybrid - $115 shipped
I purchased this with my new iMac back in November and it has worked great for me. Alas, I have not used it as much as I thought I might, especially with iTunes and its TV shows library. The product is in great condition because of its seldom usage. Comes with Break-out cable for Composite, S-Video and Audio connections, USB extension cable, and EyeTV 2 digital TV recorder software. Will also include the original box.
Apple Developers OS X T-Shirt - $10 shipped
XL shirt that I received as a part of the Apple Developers program. It does not fit me and I have only worn it once. Apple's "X" from their OS X logo is on the front. "Spotlight on Innovation" written on back. "Apple Developers Connection" written on sleeve. Nice shirt for all of you Xcoders out there.

Elgato sells two different versions, one for Europe's PAL and one for N. America's NTSC. [ http://elgato.com/matrix/countries.php] So yeah, I believe there's a difference and I imagine my eyeTV Hybrid will only work in the US and other NTSC regions.
