Not sure how fancy you want to get, but both Keynote and PowerPoint have the ability to export their presentations as self-playing movies.

You mean like Ken Burns effect?
I like Photo to Movie. It has many more options and features than iMovie.

I have a series of say like 50 photos that were taken continuously, so if you scroll through them quickly it looks like a video. Want I would want to do is find an app that I can put those 50 photos back-to-back and make them run quickly and save it as a video...
