Sad.
Apparantly just coincidence she was the sister of the twins. Apparantly her and another man in her car got in a confrontation with others that erupted in gunfire.
According to the news, no reason to believe she was shot because of who she was.
Just wrong place, wrong time, doing the wrong thing.
Very Sad.
