hey guys, about a month ago I finally finished my Flash portfolio website. I wanted to keep things pretty simple looking on the surface, but some deep actionscripting underneath.

Some things to consider:
- loads all text and images from an external XML file (which allows for super easy updating)
- the design will expand itself as more content is added to the XML file
- dynamic loaders that remember what was loaded and what wasn't
- option to sort portfolio items (took a while to figure that one out)
- all movement done with actionscript
- less than 75kb initial load
- some other stuff I can't remember at the moment

please let me know what you think and feel free to ask any questions of me as well. Thanks!

I really liked your portfolio, it was smooth and navigates pretty well. The only thing I would say, and I am sure other people will take this the opposite way but I was always told as a student, and when you have a portfolio online, never say that you did it for a class. My teachers always told me, especially when presenting a portfolio, that you never mention what class you did it for. Instead, you speak/write about it as it was a client that you had to deal with. Think of your professor as the client, if that helps.

Just some food for thought.

Boondock Saints is THE best movie, that has not been seen by all. The one that slipped under the cover. Such a freaking awesome movie.

And ya, the site is very easy to look at...although i expected more nav links (dont know why)...
