how to delete bookmarks in Mozilla?

Ive tried everything,, hitting the delete key etc,,Its driving me nuts!

Mozilla (Netscape) is ancient history, and for good reason. It was simply overcome by events and couldn't keep up.
Nonetheless, try using fn-delete if you're using a Mac notebook.

Or bookmarks->organize bookmarks assuming that by Mozilla you mean Mozilla Firefox.

With Firefox, you use Bookmarks > Organise Bookmarks, choose the bookmark, right-click it and choose Delete.
