Anyone download the Texas Hold'em app from Apple and had it work? I downloaded it
and it doesn't work. I hit the icon and an opening image comes up foe a few seconds
and then it just quits/goes back to the home screen. Am I missing something.

And on a second note...how does one get a refund(if this doesn't start to work) form the
app store?

Try turn off your phone and turn it back on.

Super Monkey Ball did the same thing to me earlier today. Restarting the phone fixed the issue.

My touch doesn't like to run new apps without a restart either.

To get a refund you'll have to go to apple.com/support and look for the iTunes Store support. They are normally pretty good at stuff like that.

update,
The restart thing didn't work for me so I deleted the app
And re downloaded it (which is free if you've already bought it)
And then re synced it and now it works great!
