And because they have the ability to know where there are available unsold commercial time periods they can get the most bang for their bucks.
This spot is available and if no one buys it the local cable carrier would have to insert a PSA. This way they make something from the time period. That is IF Comcast pays anything at all.
But their variety of spots are great and impressive and fun.
The Slowsky turtles. The two you have posted. The ones which are plays on words. For example, the very likable fat Black kid riding along on his bicycle and getting a warm greeting from EVERYONE he sees on the street, the old man, the young guy, the pretty girl all call him by name. "Hi Money!"
And the tag line is, "Everybody likes money."
Very clever and well done (within their small budget I'm assuming), too.
Then there's the one with the businesspeople from the Big Old Expensive Phone Company does a Broadway style song and dance production number and the one businessman spins around on his back in a breakdance move.
It's all great stuff.
They are done well enough to do the job and do it well but none of them are really high quality. But they don't have to be. They are really funny and get the point across.

America should know the political orientation of government officials who might be in a position to adversely influence the future of this country. http://tinyurl.com/4vucu5

I agree they have good commercials, but I have to say the lipsync ones have been by far the weakest.
I'll take the Slowskys any day. This is my fave.
I love Rachael Harris (though she doesn't speak in that one).

Too bad their service and customer support sucks. Maybe the their marketing company should run customer service and get things done right.

I like the one about the sleeping technician. Oh wait... that's not a commercial. But it is funny!

There's one where "Bill" is holding all kinds of stuff, balancing it all as it stretches up into the sky.
A girl walks by and says "Hi Bill", then the Comcast voice says "everything on one bill". Good, but I think it would have been better if she had said "Hey Bill". Everytime I see this commercial I think of my high Comcast bill.

I like the one were the Slowskys have their neighbors over for dinner. When the lady says she has Comcast internet because it's faster, Bill gets all pissed and yells, "Oh Do You Have Comcast Cuz It's Faster!"
The way he delivers that line is perfect. I laugh every time I hear it.

Is this the cultural humour divide again? Cause I don't find them funny in the slightest.
OK. Maybe the spiderman one. A little.

Ironic. Comcast is the "Big ol' Expensive Cable Company". I hate them.
But "You Tiger now" is a funny commercial, at least the first time.

I was wondering if anyone knows of or could post a video of this "Money" ad, I have heard about it from others and I am really interested to see it. Thanks!
