What do you use to clean the stains off your white MacBook?
Thanks.

I periodically use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the palm rests, keyboard, and other matte white surfaces-NEVER on the screen, and not on the outer glossy portions. For those I'll use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.

More here.

I've been using wipes that came with a cleaning kit for my camera. usually a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol will get the dirt / grease right off, but when that doesn't work I use a special LCD spray that I picked up at Staples for $3

Some white MacBooks are covered by warranty for discolouration. Its mostly early core duos.
Apple has posted a page of advice regarding cleaning the MacBook too:

I know, but that is different than the stains I brought to the MacBook with my dirty engineer hands!
