Set up Windows file sharing on the Mac in the Sharing preferences and connect to it from the Windows machine. Built-in help should help you get set up.

Found in the online help and at Apple support online:

Mac OS X 10.5 Help: Setting up a Mac computer to share files with Windows users

When you set up the file sharing, the Sharing preferences shows you the address/location that Windows users need to enter to connect.

you actually, like, typed "like"?

But yeah. I've had mixed results with Windows and Mac networking. It was a sort of "don't breathe, lest it fall apart" thing once I finally got them to network. It's easy on the mac side, but the PC never worked.
