We've purchased 3 iPhones, sent one to the Mother In Law some 800 miles away.
When the Mother In Law attempts a DL from the app store the Wife's iTunes account email address is displayed, and the Mother In Law must use the Wife's password.
We used the Wife's laptop so set up the Mother In Law's iTunes account, so we must have snafued something.
Given that the Mother In Law has no computer, and is far away from us, how can we get her phone to use her iTunes account?

New to this, we've only had the phones for 6 days...

can she go to a library or someones who has a computer? If she can get to a computer with itunes, have her log into her account on itunes, then plug her iphone up, and then when she syncs something/anything from that itunes to her phone, it will set the password on her phone to what she has logged into itunes. that way she will be able to download apps.

Thanks!
I imagined a direct connection to a computer would be required, just hoping there was a way to do it with the iPhone itself...

Oh well!
