I was using a filling device to re-charge my color cartridge. It worked for a while then stopped. I don't get any other colors but an orange red.

I tried the tools from the epson app, checking nozzles, cleaning nozzles but No Go. I want to replace it with an Epson original.

How to I get the cartridges to slide mid way when the color front button is NOT blinking?

Hold the paper feed button for 3 seconds. (Kudos to Epson tech support for telling me that trick years ago.)
