Upgrading an OWC from G3 --> G4

	My OWC is a 9600 with a XLR8 Carrier G3 card running @ 466 Mhz, 448 MB Ram, plenty of disk space (40 GB) Is there any sense in upgrading the card to a G4 one? It's a Carrier ZIF so potentially I could just change the CPU, right or wrong? Which one? (Make, Model)? What about ROM upgrading? Any other useful comments? TIA ramon
