A large-screened mid-ranged smartphone from LG is on the way to Verizon, according to reportedly leaked documents. Claimed to be called the LG G Vista, the smartphone appears to combine the specifications of the
G3 Beat unveiled earlier this month with a device slightly bigger than the current flagship
G3, albeit without the "Quad HD" display.
Details picked up
by PocketNow suggest it will have a 5.7-inch display with a qHD 960x540 display, along with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. Running on Android 4.4 and with LG features including Mini View and Dual Window, it is also believed to have LTE connectivity, rear-mounted buttons, and a large 3,200mAh battery. Full specifications were not revealed, but it is likely to have 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, and a 5MP to 8MP rear camera, though the Laser Auto Focus system may not be included.
It is speculated that Verizon will formally launch the device at the end of this month.
