Nope, the iPhone won't do streaming audio. I just tried it to confirm it, and it crashed my iPhone Safari.
(At least, not yet...but one can hope.)

If the iPhone/iPod Touch could steam internet radio, then I would love to have one. Guess I'll just have to wait a while, and hope that there will be plugins...
