I just went to start up iTunes and recieved this:
So far I have tried:
Log Out/Log In
Restart
Trash iTunes prefs and iTunes music library
Reinstall iTunes
This is on a fresh installation of 10.4.2 from last night, erase and install. iTunes was working fine last night however.
Filevault turned on.
Powerbook 1.5ghz, w/1.25gb RAM with about 1gig free memory at the time.
80g hard drive with about 25gb free.
I have never seen anything like this in OS X and have no idea what to do? I found a couple support documents at apple, saying that you might get that message when trying to use the iPod prefs in iTunes or if you have too many songs in iTunes. It then gives me instructions to increase the memory allocation for iTunes, however, the instructions seem to be for OS 9 and not for OS X. I was under the assumption that OS X automatically allocated memory to applications on the fly.
HELP PLEASE!
