Hello,
I am using my iMac now and want to partition the system to use Windows.
Can you do this at this time?? Or you have to start at the start before using the iMac system??

I can't find any information on this.

Weclome to the 'NN forums.

In general, for re-partitioning, you need a 3rd party software for this, like Coriolis Systems :: Products :: iPartition

And, ABSOLUTELY, have a backup of the data on your HD.
So many things can go wrong with re-partitioning a live HD.

I'm not sure what the exact procedure is with installing Bootcamp on this new partition.
I'm sure google knows.

Actually, Boot Camp will produce the Windows partition for you, then prompt you for the Windows install disc. It runs the Win install smoothly and (generally) without fuss or trouble. And Boot Camp comes with OS X, so it's sort of the obvious way to go.
