hey, my neighbor has a white mac, as well as i. but he has an incase with a green inside lining. he says it works perfect for him to prevent scratches and such. but i saw reviews on apple.com and people were saying that the black case on the white macbook left black stains everywhere. i was wondering if this was true? how would you get these stains off? and do they still sell the incase with the green lined interior?

thanks...

My incase sleeve stained my white macbook. I had to clean it weekly with 90% alcohol. I eventually replaced it with a sleeve made by Pinder which is just as nice, doesn't stain, has more storage and less expensive.

I have one as well. I read about it on the apple store reviews. After a few days you could see where it was starting to stain. I read on a forum somewhere that people washed it inside out in the washing machine. I did this on mine, let it dry for a few days and now I use it everyday with no problems.
