i just wanted to know what kind of things i should be expecting to receive in the mail and will i get a copy of Tiger as well??
i signed up for the student dev disc almost 2 months ago and haven't received anything in the mail yet.
any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You should receive software files to work upon
at this point, you should've received something - I suggest calling ADC and figuring out whats going on
You will get Tiger, but you'll get it when it comes out (not earlier)

I am thinking of signing up as well.
Here's my question though:
I live in Europe, does anybody have experience with the hardware discount- ho much is it?
How much is it in the US?

yeah im signed up and confirmed. i even used my hardware discount purchase.
i just haven't received anything yet.
ill call them today and see whats up.
but as for tiger, what did you mean by i will get it when it comes out not earlier? did you mean i just dont get an advanced copy? thats fine. but how long after do i get it?
also, do new os versions, tiger, panther, etc. ship immediatly after being demoed or do they have long shipping delays like all other products?

They should have asked you to fax a copy of current student schedule or transcript.
Reemas: You should have started to receive the monthly cd mailings. Also, based on what they've done with Jaguar/Panther, they'll probably ship Tiger out in the monthly mailing on the next cycle after the public release.

i think he meant you don't get the developers builds that select and (premium? whatever its called) members get. I could be wrong though.
