Denim - This is a completely different app, but has some promise...it's free too.
Finally, you can use the org chart function in PowerPoint or Word.

out of curiosity though ..... how was it created in the photo posted above?
like how at the bottom where the "pdf" files have a different icon, etc. etc.

I am pretty sure that they actually used OmniGraffle for what they did. The graphics look exactly like OG's default boxes and arrows.
Another thumbs up for Omni. One of my 'can't live without' applications.
