How do I ??? (a little long)
Hello all,
I am not a computer wizard so please bear with me. I am now running OS9.0 on G4 450 loaded with Ram 2 hard drives 100 gig one filled ( 20 gig ) one basically empty ( 80 gig ) which I use as scratch and storage for photo images. I just bought G4 Quiksilver and am thinking of installing 9.2 on my old empty 80 hard drive, dragginmg all my files and programs and calibration settings into that hard drive, then physically removing it from computer A and installing into computer B. Why am I doing this ? Paranoia so much work the past few years calibrating, creating preferences ect. It would be a horror to start all over. Anyone with any advise or ideas? will this work ?
Thanks in advance

That's fine. Drag the icon of the hard drive to be backed up, to the one where you want to back it all up to.

A folder will be created inside that is a copy of the original HD.

Note, it isn't a bit copy, but it's close enough.

Good idea, by the way.
