I have no idea of what could be this piece of hardware,probably a card coming from an old Mac II or something like that... Any idea ???

This card looks like it is probably a high end sound card - definatly late 80's. If it's not a sound card, it may be a high end video effects/rendering or such processing card. The CPU would direct all video tasks from a specific app to use the processing power of this special card to increase the speed of the action. Texas Instruments is known for their DPS chips, and a lot of them are/were used in sound equipment.

There are no outputs so it couldn't be a sound card.

I bet that it is a Photoshop DSP accelerator.

They were very popular and required a plug-in for Photoshop to access the DSPs.

They cost thousands and were worth it to a few..

It looks a lot like a TruVision NuVusta+ 4mb video enhancer card. I have the 2mb version, looks almost identical except it doesn't have quite as big of a ram board on top.
