I poked around a bit and didn't see a similar thread, sorry if it's a repost.

Right now I am using:
------------------
miniCPUusage
miniUptime
miniFreeRAM
ToDo
Weather
All in which are available at Apple and the widget category is "Status"

I like the mini series because they update very quickly and don't take up too much room on my Dashboard. Is there any widgets that you guys can't live without?

Magical Pink Pony Widget.
And a bunch of other stuff I never use except for weather and some quick language translations and unit conversions.
Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

Me too. I didn't really like it when it was first implemented. I still don't care.

Nothing on the Powerbook. Widgets are meant for the iPhone and Touch. I'll use them on there.

I only use the weather widget. I'd rather not spend all my RAM in one place.

I was on my laptop screen when reading this, so they're all crammed pretty tight. It's not so bad on my bigger screen.

I have returned... 2020 MacBook Air - 1.1 GHz Quad-Core i5 - 16 GB RAM

I turn off the widgets when playing world of warcraft so I don't use it much these days.

Can your data limiter widget handle peak/off peak limits? Link?

It's a widget that logs in to the secured website and gets the stats from there so it's limited to my ISP. And we don't have a difference between peak and non peak hours. Its all the same 35GB up/download per month. Maybe you can adapt it to work with your ISP, I wouldn't know. I'm no programmer.

Seconded. I am wicked late to the Tiger party so once I discovered you can only have ONE note that STAYS THE SAME SIZE and SHRINKS TEXT when to much info is entered I was very perturbed. Still comes in slightly handy for reminding me what a slacker I am.

Calculator Widget, I have this floating over all windows even with the rest of my widgets hidden, I use it a lot.
Stickies Widget * 10, I have a lot of notes...
Transmit Widget, I never use this, because transmit is always open...
Weather Widget, kind of useless, since I never go outside.
Dictionary Widget, very useful, especially the thesaurus portion.

Good ol' webclips. Although it does give me "Are you still listening?" messages all the time, often after playing only one song.
