Do you mean the adapters for power outlets in foreign countries? When I go to Europe, I just take a set of adapters I picked up at radio shack for something like $20. The computer's power brick does all the converting you need. Don't know if this is the case elsewhere in the world (i.e. outside Europe), but I imagine it is.
