I've read the other iTunes threads, but does anyone actually know if iTunes will ever have built in support for other CD-R decks? If so, has anyone heard of a time table?

There isn't a time tableasof yet, but apple has stated that iTunes will support 3rd party drives. If you want that support now, check out www.xlr8yourmac.com for a quick little hack.
