Reports of over use of tasers has been increasing quite a bit over the last year. More often than not, it seems that discipline is overlooked, and officers are not punished. Granted, there are many times where the use is appropriate, however, this time is highly doubtful.

My favorite quote: "“He refused to comply with the officers and so the officers had to deploy their Tasers in order to subdue him.” said Ozark Police Capt. Thomas Rousset.
Granted I snipped out the rest of that quote, but it is mostly BS as well.

“It's a big concern for the officers to keep this guy out of traffic, to keep him from getting hurt,” said Rousset.
So they taser the **** out of this guy with a broken back to keep him from getting hurt.
****ing stupid cops.
I think there's more to this. I bet they are the cause of him going over the side. Cops are worse than politicians on the lying scale.
