Installed HP Toolbox, now where is it?

I ran the HP printer driver install (2.7.1) for my 10.4.x system. It claims it installed the HP Toolbox (that utility that lets you calibrate the cartridges, among other things). I can't find it.

Where could it have installed it to, and under what name?

Edit: There's an empty folder /Library/Printers/hp/Utilities/
Should it be there? If so, why isn't it installing?

/Applications/Hewlett Packard/HP Photo and Imaging Software/HP AiO Software is where it is located in my install for my HP All-in-One.
