It will be marketed to businesses, not consumers: no need to look hip. Cisco will send salesmen to IT departments, treat the Cisco certified engineers to lunch, convince them that their proprietary tech is best for their workplaces and their personal careers as Cisco invested people, then these engineers will sell the product to the higher ups.
It wouldn't surprise me if it becomes the best implemented Android device in the world, as it wouldn't surprise me that it will demand a Cisco price: $999.
