I have a beige G3 running OS9. My daughter has a new iMac DV at school, also running OS9. Her iMac lets her connect to her ISP through a Remote Access control strip module. My control strip on my G3 doesn't have a Remote Access option, and I can't find a module for it hidden anywhere on my computer. How/where can I find the Remote Access control strip module?

You can use TomeViewer application to extract that control strip module from an installation tome on Mac OS 9 CD. TomeViewer can be found on www.macfixit.com
