But I miss the cozziness my room used to have.. hehe

Sharkey K. - Thanks for the info on how to post those pics on the thread. I really appreciate it.
oeyvind - Those are actually the regular ones (not the USB). I bought those before all this USB audio stuff came along. All that Monsoon did was to add a little analog to USB adapter to the system. I called monsoon and purchased that adapter. Works great! Sounds AWESOME!

I know, it's my laptop, and my friend's DP 450, and monitors, we share his "office." When I order my new desktop in January I will be moving in my aluminum glass-top from Ikea (and moving out the sweat socks). C'mon with those 1.6 Ghz Steve!!!!

Hehe... Bills... See, I told you we had humor!
*grin* i have a fat stack of bills on my desk, or should I say papers stating them, I have sent in checks for all of them
BTW: Try an iSub.. very VERY nice addition to the pro speakers, of sorts, though it can be annoying sometimes :/

Hehe...Bills suck, but there are only five each month (rent, electricity, phone, cell phone, cable/Internet).
I now present the most unorthodox photo yet: my old bondi G4 iMac(RIP )! The photo, taken last summer, is not labeled (nor resized-modem users beware!) but here are the specs:
433 G4 NewerTech processor-Hey! It's technically a G4.
256M RAM
40.5G Western Digital HD
(shown in this pic and we still have, but not in current DP800 photo)
Epson scanner
Boston Acoustics speakers
(shown in this pic, but we no longer have-gave to my older brother)
600 PIII Gateway Solo laptop
128M RAM
12G HD
DVD-ROM

Yes, the Bose radio's are great! I have both that one and the larger version with the CD player (its about 3 times as high, double the speakers). The larger one is much better, but the small one in the picture still has great sound, especially when you hook a CD player up to it! (I have to hook the power cord up high because the antenna for the radio is in the power cord and it interfers with the monitor).

Working on that. The computer room is getting a good clean along with the rest of the house before the wife goes back to class in two weeks.

Well, it's actually a drier. I'm in the basement, which doubles as a laundry room. Yes, it's a pretty small basement, but whatever works!

A pic of my NeXT dimension cube i grabbed @ a junkyard and reassembled /restored during several nights of hard work...
http://homepage.mac.com/steber/Pages/Image7.html
The machine is equipped with 64MBs of RAM, 32MB on the NeXT dimension card (PAL), and a 2GB HD drive.
this way i learned a lot about the true origins of OSX!

Plus I would like to show you my beatiful cords.....
Yep, thats 3 power strips being used, and believe you me there is no room for a plug of any shape back there.
