Safari wont update by software update?

I tried to update Safari 4.0.1 through software update and it wont let me ?? See images below:
How can I fix this? I tried to locate its package but it's no where to be found?

Weird, maybe a quick permissions fix would resolve the issue? If not, you could try downloading the .dmg from the website and install that way.

Yes, i ran "disk permission repair". Still no luck. I'll have to download it directly from the apple.com.
