[b]One of my Time Machine folder backups disappeared after I accessed its contents via Finder[/url]
In my list of Time Machine backups titled by date, e.g.,
You get the idea. Anyway, I plugged in my external hard drive to access the backup 2019-04-08-194605. Then I copied a file in [...]/2019-04-08-194605/[rest of directory to my backed-up home folder]/Library/Safari
to get a URL to a previously-accessed web page, just to save me time from searching all over the internet again. So, I copied the RecentlyClosedTabs file to my Downloads folder. No writing, other than copying an old file. While this was going on, Time Machine did a live backup of my current drive.
Everything seems to be going well.
But then ten minutes later, the folder /2019-04-08-194605/ just suddenly disappears. I can't even access it from the Terminal. It tells me: The file [...]/2019-04-08-194605/[...] does not exist.
But I just accessed it ten minutes ago.
Why did this happen?
How do I get it back so that I can continue to access archived content from this backup?
