I want web sites to identify Omniweb as Internet Epxlorer. Does anyone know what info I need to put in the Identify Omniweb as Another Brower area in the Java Script preferences area? You have to enter it manually and I don't know what the info should be. Thanks.

From MSDN (At least they very good documentation):
navigator.appVersion returns in this format:
clientVersion (platform; information; extraInformation)
or
5.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; Win 9x 4.90)
on a pc
So you can write a little JavaScript like this:
document.write(navigator.appVersion );
and run it in explorer to see what you get out. Take those four values and experiment in ommniweb by running the same script.

HTTP_USER_AGENT Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0b1; Mac_PowerPC)
Be aware that OmniWeb supports the Netscape JavaScript code. Some IE and Netscape Javascript calls are different. So in some case, the Javascripts are not going to run correctly.

Note that the setting in the JavaScript panel only controls how OmnIWeb identifies itself to scripts. The User-Agent header sent to HTTP servers is something else; you'll find a thread about it here.
